In my opinion the cost of insurance should differ keeping the economic status of a person in mind but the coverages should be same for all categories of people.Some insurance policies will not cover the major sevices like dental ,ear etc it is not a good thing they are doing If a person is taking an insurance policy it must and should cover all the services to him.Government and other insurance companies should keep in mind that "health is more than wealth"
